The bracelet is very stylish, my fiancé loved it! The bracelet was tighter than expected so the seller was nice enough to send me a bigger size at no charge and let me keep the first one. Great customer service from the seller! 👏🏽

This item never arrived so I can’t actually speak to the quality. I did reach out to seller for help but he just asked me to keep waiting. Unfortunately, I missed the window for Xmas. This was meant to be a secret santa present. Too bad! It looked lovely.

I received the first bracelet which was assembled differently from the advertised photo with a black bead instead of the rose gold bead and contacted the seller to let them know the error. They were courteous enough to correct the issue and send out the advertised bracelet and letting me keep the first one at no additional charge. I just received the corrected bracelet and it looks fine however, it is actually tighter on my wrist then the first one that was sent making me think that first one is either the right size I ordered or larger than what I initially ordered. I'll have to just take beads from the first one to compensate for the replacement myself.
